Make Your Own Dog Bones

Unfortunately one of my dogs is very allergic to corn products so I can't try this recipe, unless I can find a cornmeal alternative - but this sounds a lot better than my standard homemade treats which are hardly more than peanut butter and flour. I think I will make them anyway and give them away. My neighbor's dog, Batman, is completely unimpressed with any of the three treat recipes I've tried (beef and peanut butter) so I'm on a mission to find a recipe he won't reject!
