Have you tried to play with your dog? Or tried to take the dog out for a walk? If your dog still refuses to move or become active, you might want to take it to a vet. No one knows what exactly is wrong with the dog without close inspection.
The best case scenario, your dog just decided to be lazy for a while. The worse case could be sick or having parasites making him uncomfortable, which will require vet care for sure.
